I sit down with Taki Hasegawa of The Trevor Project. I learned about how the organization supports the LGBTQ community through the development of an AI chatbot for their Crisis Contact Simulator. The conversation gave me a much more hopeful view of how artificial intelligence is being applied to make our world a little better by helping LGBTQ youth through the hardest times.
